Kryal Castle

Kryal Castle gives you a glimpse of medieval life right here in Australia. There are shows and entertainment but most interesting was the training of peregrine falcons! It's sort of weird in a way but definitely worth one visit just for fun!

Im surprised Kryal Castle is still alive and running up until today. This theme park or amusement park is not one that gets busy. You never need to line up or push your way through to get a good seat when there is a show on. I've been a few times through school excursions and the last time i went was a few years back was to take people overseas as they really wanted to go. Although i warned them its not exciting but they really wanted to see a castle. You do have staff dressed in the era of when the theme was set - medieval time i assume, knights, guards, kings and queens. Some educational tours of the slaving and sentence or torture chambers. They had a show to explain the use of certain birds in those time to deliver messages. I wouldn't recommend Kryal Castle as a tourist hot spot. If you happen to go there for a school excursion, then thats different but on any other day, nothing special.
