My comment is about their tailoring/altering services. I used this place many times in the past to have my dresses altered and I have always been very happy with the result. A month ago I brought my husband's new jeans to be altered (making them smaller) and they did a really poor job. Firstly, they said the jeans were going to be ready in 10 days, I went after 15 days and they weren't ready. It took them a month to fix them, but the job was not well done. They charged me 60$, he wore them once and the stitches came undone!
I feel robbed, their attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. I will never go there again.

Good price but when i went for pick up, they started looking for it and asked me to come after 3 hrs and i needed at that time so i went to burwood from ashfield.

Good pricing, quick and reliable. I will definitely continue to use them even though I don't live in Burwood.

I've used these guys several times over the past few years for a suit that needs specific special dry cleaning, their price is cheaper than other local drycleaners and it's not a problem to have it done in a set timeframe, quality is great. Friendly and understanding staff - and they dryclean/press etc right there, no getting lost in transit or whatever. Recommended.
