Two weeks ago i went to get my nails done and the customer service was poor. The worker who was doing my nails was talking in some language about me. I knew it was about me because they kept looking at me and giggling. This made me felt uncomfortable and upset because as my girlfriends tell me KT Nails has a good reputation in doing nails. Speaking in some language and making your customer feel upset. That's not on. I will certainly never come back again even if they offer free service. Respect your customers not gossip about them.
Promises so much but doesn't deliver. Lovely staff but when you are sitting down their interest wains and I even a standard pedicure was poor, didn't take a little bit more time to shape the nails properly. Also asked if a gel set was going to weaken my nails, was told it wasn't, however it destroyed them!! So I was told fibs.
