Kuan draws on a variety of safe and effective hands on techniques and exercises from both the Eastern art of Ru Yi Bagua, and the Western science of Osteopathic medicine.
Ru Yi Bagua is an ancient Chinese art that emphasises the role of body equilibrium, balance, fluid movements, and clarity of mind in a person's health and wellness, and acknowledges the link between a healthy mind, body and spirit.
