I used this companies web-site to get an idea of pricing (I had to use the "checkout" as I wanted to know how much shipping was). I then received an e-mail stating my order was unpaid? I then e-mail saying I wasn't aware it was an order and could they do some sort of deal as I was placing a large order, the price for the goods was over $2500.. I received a reply stating that their price's are "pretty low" as they were. I replied to this - I was expecting a reply from a sales person. At the end of the day I was saving $20, Compared to rays outdoors and such. I was trying to go for a independent dealer and help out an aussie retailer. So its off to other shop I go, as I have received no reply. Kulkyne obviously does not want my money and seem to be inexperienced as an online retailer and in salesmanship.
