I've been attending this class for nearly 4 years now and truly see it as a real and effective style of chinese kung fu. It's a slow system to progress through but has enormous potential and will definitely give you the ability to become an accomplished all around fighter as long as you put the hard yards in. CGTL is a very deep, aggressive system and 100% worth the time and effort and pain;)
I have been training in Sihing Victors class for 3 years. This class is all about learning self defense in a very friendly and traditional martial art class. You learn about discipline, you train hard and you feel great afterwards. It involves different levels of contact (based on what grade you are) in a controled and safe environment. Its great for beginners right through to the more experienced. Highly recommend this class!
