Famous for the "Crystal Brook pasty", this bakery in the main street of Crystal Brook is worth the diversion from the highway. If you don't opt for the pasty, they've a big range of cakes and buns with a german influence. On my last visit I had one of their cinnamon buns (but only after taking a long time to decide).
