These guys are cowboys and inconsiderate. Yesterday I was on the M1 near Hornsby and one of their trucks decided to drive in the fast lane to overtake 2 other trucks. This is unlawful as trucks must only use the left 2 lanes. 5 minutes later after going 1km/h faster than the truck he was overtaking he finally got out of the way. On the back of the truck was the phone number for the company. I called this number and raised my concern with company owner. He was belligerent and started abusing me for bringing his drivers unlawful and inconsiderate behaviour to his attention. In short, he does not care about any other road user. This attitude will be carried over into his business activities. He will rip you off and commit illegal acts and then abuse you as the customer when you bring it to his attention.
