2 YEARS NO DA! Avoid Kurmond Homes! We had a terrible experience, from the disregard for the budget & timing, to the uncaring customer service. They simply do not care. Mistakes from their team caused at least 6 months of pointless delays, and every 6 months they raise their prices! Complaints fall upon deaf ears. Do your research and look at other builders, do not consider this builder, the cheap prices are a trick to get you signed on.
In One line, I would say, Never ever in my life, I would recommend Kurmond Homes. Don't buy stress and project delays and inflation. I was blindly trapped when one colleague from my office start building their home through Kurmond Home but you won't believe that she started her home in Nov 2015 but still waiting for handed over even after 25 months. The brief horrible experience:
- Project given in Feb 2016 and home handed over in Oct 2017. Took 19 months for double storey home
- Took 10 months just to take council approval.

I was going through very hard time with this builder. It was difficult for them to manage home construction project due to their internal issues. Poor record management and council follow up issues. Even after spending almost a year in sorting out the plan and few upgrades, I had hard time in getting poor quality of work. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work
