Kwik Fix Plumbing

This company was recommended by a spa store. He was unprofessional on the phone, ambiguous about providing a quote, very difficult to organise a day with. Overall the whole experience was negative and more effort and stress than it should of been. I would recommend to give this one a miss.

You guys made everything so easy and the service was exceptional. Even disposed of my previous old water service.

Absolutely disgusted.
We called in regards to a simple job, they fixed on the spot. However not even an hour later we had more trouble with our toilet. We were quoted $480 for them to 'fix' the problem and in doing so they would have to break our toilet, resulting in us having to buy a new one if we were to go through with this.
In fear of lashing out another $480 on top of the $209 we had already payed them, a $2 plunger later and we fixed the problem ourselves.
My issue here is that there is no customer service at all. a simple "thats okay, we'll come take a look see if it needs another plunge. We'll do that for you" would have been greatly appreciated. but no.

Charged way $460.00 for less than 2hrs work, problem not even fixed. When asked why it cost so much, the response was that I had two qualified plumbers at my house. I didn't need Two plumbers it was clearly a 1 person job, the other person was just looking to see if water was coming out the other end. ( I could have done That!) very disappointed.
