Customer Service is something completely missing with this business!
I phoned to enquire what their rates were, and the only response was "we are busy this month, please call next month"... I tried to ask a second question, mainly that I don't need it this month, but would be keen to know their rates, however, the staff on the other end just hung up on me.
Don't waste your time here. Go with a business that is professional. After all, as a parent you want to do the best for your kids, don't you?
