La Belle Bridal

Despite being told over the phone there would be dresses in my size for me to try on (an 18) when I arrived & explained I didn't want anything A-line/ball gown/princess - there was basically only 1 dress that would fit me.

I specifically said at the start, if you don't think it will fit me - please don't try & squeeze me in. However there I was, stepping into dresses that wouldn't fit over one leg let alone over my hips!!! This happened 4 times. By which time I felt completely self-conscious & unattractive & just wanted to leave.

The staff helping me was really apologetic & I did feel sorry for this person, however I just wish they'd been honest at the start & said 'we don't have anything like that to fit you'.
