La Bimbi Salons

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and i absolutely love it! I am so shocked to read the bad review below because I have never had an issue. More recently I have a head full of foils (by either kaylee or sara) which always look perfect and my cut is always superb (ask for Danny). I have had a couple of different styles and colours, all based on their recommendations, and have loved every one of them! They are always happy to provide me with a full quote when I ask, especially when I'm trying something new. It took me a long time to find a fabulous hairdresser and i now recommend this place to everyone I can - many friends have equally great experiences here. I particularly love the complimentary hand, head and shoulder massage and the live musician/singer they have in the salon (I think it's on Thursday nights??). The odd glass of bubbly is pretty great too!

I started going to La Bimbi in Belconnen in early 2011 and haven't looked back! The girls are just gorgeous, so helpful and friendly! They are great at advising on what is not only best for your hair but what will look good on you. Mel manages a beautiful colour every time, no matter what shade I'm after and Sammy does the best cuts in Canberra. They also use products that aren't tested on animals which is definitely a bonus :) Keep up the good work girls!

i'm a first timer to la bimbi and will reccomend every i no there from now onward :) the first vibe u get as you walk thru the doors is cool and funky u look at the staff and think they dress nice and don't all wear the same thing which is really cool. i get greeted by the gorjus receptionsist she was so helpful wen i called trying ti find the best park she then meet me out the front cos i found it tricky to find amazing servicew.. then to top it off got a massage and hand massage offered hot drink continuously and my hair was amazaing.. kaylee looked after me for the colour and danny for the cut i was so shocked with how different eveyone was there but still got along, they were all making jokles and the whole salon got involved including the other customers it was such a homey atmosphere.i left feeling a completly different vibe including the funky and cool vibe i felt at home and literally not wanting to ...read more
