Complete lack of customer service. They receive calls via a pager and take their time calling back or don't at all. I had called to make an appointment using a voucher and left a message on the pager. No-one called back so I rang again to chase it up. I was told that the staff member who probably took the message had now resigned and they weren't going to redeem my voucher because it had now expired (a couple of days before). Highly unprofessional. Bad for local business.
