This was one of the worst experiences. I came in to pick my wedding dress up on the agreed date and time to find out she "forgot" to alter it. My dress also appeared to be wrinkled like it had been left in a heap. I even arranged a lift home etc thinking I would have my dress with me. Then when I asked for a refund I was told EFT was not working. Anyway it worked out as a blessing in disguise I found a much more competent seamstress that is able to do what I need thankfully in the short time I have now!
