Local favourite, consistently great food, friendly attentive servic. Have been visiting this restaurant for 10 years and have never experienced anything but! Think the below reviewers must have La Cucina confused with another establishment! Thanks Sarah, Daz and the La Cucina team!

Customer service lacks there . After dining in a group of three and finishing up after 2 hours I arrived home to find my lovely white shirt had rust stains all down the right hand side of it from the restaurants wall. When I bought this to the management's attention, the response was nothing short of embarrassing, no apology just a shrug of the shoulders and a response of "I'm not a clothes washer and what do you want me to do about it". They seem to not understand that they are in the business of service and that there are a multitude of alternative restaurants to choose from in not only the road they are on. Clearly they don't read these sorts of things though as they still seem not to get it.

We had dinner there last night, never again.. After waiting for 1.5 hours, we received our food, and it was average. We also had to put up with the waitres atitude, she did not even apologise, she actually tried justifying waiting for 1.5 hours to receive a meal. These people have no idea, never again. Seating outside was frezeeing, and the service was hopeless, first and last time we go to this place.

I was very disappointed! the food was excellent the service was not. booked in for 6pm the restaurant was not ready had to wait at the front door for 30min. the waitress refused to smile or even pretend was happy to work there. i found it very irritating that the waitress found that it was not their job to put dinner in front of us but pass it down the table. when it came to clear the table waitress constantly found the need to lean in front of EVERYONE at the table and put their chest in peoples faces to get places and never said excuse me. I think they need to get their floor staff into shape as the only reason their restaurant is still going is because the food is excellent!

Make sure you book because this place is popular & for good reason. Great food great service with a fair price and i love the fact you can see the cooks.
