We have been going to La Latteria since it opened and look forward to our monthly "buffalo mozzarella fix." Since i started making my own icecream, I have been buying milk from there (and cream when they have it in stock). You just need to buy the bottle and return it for a refill for $2/L bottle. They also sell skim milk and other varieties of soft cheese as well as yoghurt and butter. If in doubt, speak to the staff or cheesemaker on site to give you ideas or suggestions. I've eaten at some other places and knew straight away the cheese came from there (DOC Carlton for example). A definite stop on shopping travels!
