Nice cosy Italian. Tasty food and good wine list.

Food is simple and generously served. I think the greatest strength at LaPesa is their amazing attention to service. You feel like a guest at a friend's house.

Totally fulfilling! From the unassuming blue gray exterior of the corner building where the modest little La Pesa Trattoria sign hung quite high overhead, to the single black framed door with black dome awning, is hidden this little gem of Northern Italian eatery. Unless they have the folding glass doors open and table settings on the sidewalk, you'd soon walk past. You wouldn't know of this place unless you walked past, but what a hidden gem. The rustic furnishings make it a delightful place to lunch (as we did) or dinner.

The lunch (special) menu was well priced for the area, keeping most items under $16. I choose the fish of the day off the a la carte, pan fried which was sooooo good.

Friendly service, and a definite to visit.
