Loved this little bite of France in the iconic Hardware Lane in Melbourne.
This place oozes Parisian as the tables, chairs and red umbrellas adorn the front of the cafe and a waiter with a heavy French accent comes to usher you to a table and take your order.
We all ordered an array of sweet crepes and baguette rolls to satisfy our sugar cravings in the afternoon, which definitely hit the spot.
Crepes range from $4-$9 which seems okay, however since you can gobble up the goodness in a few bites, it leaves you wanted more and definitely not completely satisfied.
The coffee is less than average for Melbourne, so I don't recommend investing an calories on that, so go for 2 crepes and come tea instead (if you can afford it).
La Petite Creperie might be one of the most sought after "street performers" at Swanston St, thanks to its presence as a mini-sized takeaway stall this busy road.
