Thought I would try the 'La Plaka Chicken' since it would be their 'best dish'. My food arrived with a piece of thick black curly hair, so spoke with the manager who grabbed my fork and picked at my dish to "make sure it wasn't a bit from the mushroom" then apologised and placed the same fork into my salad which was soaked in balsamic vinegar. My new plate came after 20 minutes with another hair, this time it looked like chest hair.
I just don't understand. I was completely fine with the first time because it could happen to anyone, but the second time? Really? Will never go there again. Waste of time.
This cafe needs to decide what it is: Expensive and tasty, or Well priced and friendly.
From the outside, the big sign that says '$10 lunches' would seem to say they want people to come in and get a $10 lunch. From the unfriendly response of those staff when you ask for the $10 lunch, you'd think they don't want anyone to have the $10 lunch.
