La Porchetta Restaurants

I read the reviews before going, but thought I'd give it a go anyway. I now class this as one of my biggest regrets so far this year.
We got there at 5.30pm on a Saturday night, and the place was nearly empty. However we were seated next to the wait station, where the waitresses kept coming to get clean silverware. It also housed the telephone which rang at an ear piercing volume. Drinks came quickly, and after 20 minutes so did our entree. Room temperature oysters kilpatrick. If the brown liquid was actually Worcestershire, then it was heavily watered down. The phone kept ringing, and the place was still empty, so we got up and asked to be moved. Ordered takeaway pizzas tonight. Very disappointing. Over cooked, hard crusts and rubbery. Not enjoyable at all. Won't be ordering again.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in a restaurant and when i asked to speek to someones else because evertime i spoke the manager would just talk over the top of me. A piece of the drink machine feel off into my friends drink no apology offered untill after we complained about it. My meal had that much pepper in the mushroom sauce i couldn't eat it. Three people came to ask if my meal was ok and i said no but they didn't do anything about it. I ate the vegetables first and then when i said i couldn't eat the chicken because of pepper in the sauce. They refused to discount my meal even when i offered to pay for what i had eaten. The worst experince i have ever had at one of your stores.

By far the worst service and food I have ever received. We had 3 separate wait staff deal with our meals.

We ordered dessert and dinner at the same time, within 10 mins our dessert was served. After 20 mins a waitress came to take our half eaten desserts. ...read more

Extremely mean management! We received large dishes when we'd ordered small size, wait staff said we could keep them for small dish price but mid-way through eating the management came to tell us they'd have to be sent back for correct sizes or we'd pay for large size! No apology, just a promise to punish the poor wait staff - who was fair and nice! Ruined the night. Also, wait staff are as incompetent - in other ways - as they come -place is very cold, food includes off-tasting veggies and pastas are cold, greasy and bland. I'd strongly advise staying away!!
