La Rustica Trattoria Pizzeria has been run by its current owners, who hail from the Calabrian coast of Italy, for almost twenty years. Boasting authentic and flavoursome cuisine, it's easy to see why this restaurant is still as popular today. There's delicate dishes such as veal carpaccio and antipasto, as well as pizza, pasta, risotto and mains such as beef, layered with spinach and prosciutto and served with a red wine jus. The friendly service will top off a great meal in this cosy restaurant.

The Health Inspectors should not have let the doors be reopened.
The standards are low and I couldn't stomach the pizza that they served.Go down the road if you want a better experience with good Italian food - and I don't mean l'unico
Yeah, I went to l'unico and regretted it. The staff are slack and the food they served me was cold and plasticy.
I can't stand what they call food here. Over seasoned to try to mask poor ingredients.
The portions are big which is what people seem to return for, but the taste is gagging.
I'd rather eat food prepared with skill & attention.
It comes across as tacky and is always noisy with kids or intoxicated 20-somethings.

screen name LaRustica is probably from La Rustica restaurant itself. It's a pity that they spend more time spreading delussions than learning to cook.
I've eaten and appreciated food at top European restaurants and from simple street vendors. La Rustica sits nowhere in between.
AG365 is right, it is not very good here and the cheap quality comes with a cheap price. I prefer to enjoy good food.
One of my favourite all time Italian restaurants. Have tried quite a few things on the menu and never go wrong. Service is great, although the place gets a bit busy sometimes and is quite loud and crowded when it does. The thing is, when the food and service are great, you don't notice!
