As a visitor from adelaide i greatly thank you for ur warm and kind welcome into ur restaurant as a passerby looking for somewhere to eat with my family..... i appreciate that i wasnt bombanend by ur chef or owner for a deal of the day, or free meals for the kids to compensate for the highly priced meals or tony montanas loolalikes , hand on my shoulder deal and then begging us to try his meals......a total put off.........but a simple gesture of letting us view the meal board first, which others didnt even let us breathe and then simply offering free drinks......we enjoyed our meals very much , service excellent and money well ...read more
Avoid. I ordered the surf & turf medium rare, and had a raw, cold to touch piece of meat placed in front of me. After telling the waitress it was not what I ordered, I was returned the same piece of meat, in pieces, that had been slapped on the pan and spewed back onto my plate. Starving at this point, I tried a piece, and it was hands down the worst piece of meat I have ever tried. My partner and I were charged full price for two meals that were both ruined, offered no compensation and left hungry. It is the first time I have ever complained at a restaurant, and the last time I will eat there. In a street full of amazing food, I would suggest walking straight past this one.

While I appreciate you efforts to make amends now, you were given plenty of opportunity on the evening. My description is an accurate account of our dining experience at your establishment, and while you say you recall our visit, when a complaint was made on the phone you stated that you were not there that evening. Which one is it? Thank you for you offer to make it up to us, but after reading the many other reviews of your restaurant, I think my next dining experience will be best served elsewhere.
Given it is a family restaurant, there is more than one business owner. The person you spoke to on the phone wasnt there that night. I appreciate that you were displeased on this particular occasion and wish you better dining expereinces in the future.
