I have ordered a few dresses from Lace & Button and the quality has always been great. I love the fact that they have dresses for various occasions, items for different age groups and sizes for different body shapes at varying price ranges, making them affordable. The customer service experience was impeccable. I enjoyed the one on one service, while the ladies were welcoming and were able to answer any queries that i had they still gave me room to identify what dresses really work for me. I would highly recommend Lace & Button for all women out there.
Lace and Button are such a disappointment and waste of time. After making an appointment and having it confirmed by phone and email L&B failed to show up on the day. We made phone calls, sent messages and emails, all of which went unanswered while we waited for half an hour at the requested location. We have not had any feedback or apologies since. Extraordinarily poor customer service.
