While we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, the attitudes of the staff left something to be desired. We were told very abruptly to leave when it was closing time and when I tried to apologize to the wait staff later for holding them up, staff wouldn't even acknowledge me. Everyone noticed this wait staff' bad mood as staff snapped, "I have to go out!" It was supposed to be a special event for me, but proved to be very embarrassing and humiliating experience and left all the party with me vowing they would not go there again. It seems this place thinks it can get by on its appearance, but I would warn anyone reading this review, the staff we encountered there that day are not nice.
Not a family friendly place. I was refused entry due to no pram policy which we were not informed of when booking and their is no signange at the door or mention of it on their website either. Despite trying to explain to the management that our son had to stay in his pram due to a medical condition we were told it could not come inside.
