I have been buying from Ladybird Roses for a few years now, roses, fruit trees, ornamental trees and have been absolutely delighted with the quality of the stock and all the plants are just beautiful now and growing extremely well. Just about to place another order of violets and some more roses, can't help myself.
Bought a bare root Lilac out of bare root season, which they shouldnt sell anyway. One leaf shot below graft which makes the plant useless as what grows is ordinary rootstock not what I paid for. Customer Service offered a number of excuses then refused a refund. Very poor service and will steer clear of them they don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time or money.
Marilyn Rheese We have been supplying bare root plants for over 20 years with no complaints. Your first contact with us was full of threats to go to consumer affairs we immediately send you a potted Lilac and refund. You sent photos of a plant that was shooting above the graft in spite being planted in filthy rotted compost and kitchen scraps no plant will grow for long in that. We advised you to plant the Lilac in soil not kitchen waste. Your next contact was more abuse you then state you would not have made this purchase if you had know the plant was to be sent bare root (ad clearly states This plant will be sent Bare Root) this email contained a photo of the Lilac planted in the filthy, rotting, mouldy muck as before. You have made it clear you didn't read the listing and killed the healthy plant we sent you and intended to blackmail us with threats of slandering us on the internet in anonymous reviews unless we gave you a refund and supplied you with a potted Lilac.
