After having so much trouble with my hair. Horrible dyes awful cuts for the past 2 years. I was really nervous to try yet another new hairdressers and not know what the outcome was going to be!!...Well all I can say is I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars. I went from a mixture of browns and red from my last awful hair colour to an amazing blonde. When I asked To go blonde, I thought I was being a bit unrealistic but it was not a bother for them. The cut was amazing!! I am soooooo glad ive finally found a hairdresser after so long and I can't wait to go back! Thank u so much girls! Xx

After an extensive research I've made an appointment at Ladyz Only.
Highly professional and attentive staff. They provided a welcoming atmosphere, and had a friendly approach to what I asked for.
I was truly satisfied with the result. My hair was shiny and I had fresh and attractive look.

Im sorry to say this but i got bayalage done here and extentions put in my hair and the hairdresser was teasing and rubbing my hair whislt they had the peroxide in my hair to get the bayalage effect and even though i thought at the time they were doing that to my hair this cant be good for my hair i didnt say anything. The colour was great and the extensions were good also but when i removed the extrsions 5 wks later my hair was all broken off and so short Its been 2 yrs and i still cannot get my hair to what it was its that damaged i feel like screaming. I have had to put extensions in my hair for 2 yrs its that short and its cost me a fortune. So angry and dissatisfied with what they did to my hair. :(((

I'm not sure when you had the hair extensions or colour service. Was it a month ago or 2yrs ago?
My hair was done 2 years ago and it is still uneven it will take years for it to grow back. Im was happy with the colour actually one of the best colours i have ever had but the way that the haidresser was rubbing my hair and teasing it was so damaging especially while it had peroxide in it even i know how damaging peroxide is cause i have used peroxide for a long time and worked in a haidressing salon for a little while and im not even a qualified haidresser. The haidresser should know better than to do that to someones hair. I have had to put extensions in ever since this happened because my hair is so uneven its cost me over $3000. I would rather not come back to your salon would you???
I have asked you to call the salon as so we can speak about your issue, however you never called???
