I had a Groupon voucher for a 3 hours pamper package, including a body scrub, aromatherapy massage and a facial. I had numerous massages done throughout Europe, Asia and Sydney and I have to say that this experience was one of the best I had if not the best! Spa is very clean and well furnished, atmosphere is great (nice relaxing music, right lightning, perfect temperature) and the masseuses are very professional and do an amazing job! A lady named Penny did my aromatherapy massage and facial and I have to say that it was fantastic!!! The facial was truly awesome and I will be back for it! Thanks for a great, relaxing afternoon!

My experience at Laguna Beauty Day Spa was great and the staff are very attentive. I opted for the spa facial and deep tissue massage which were both wonderful. The staff were so kind and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The massage was how I started and I really relaxed as the massage therapist was very attentive and applied just the right pressure (firm). My gym soreness disappeared and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Included in the facial was deep cleansing, exfoliation, aromatherapy mask, scalp massage, neck and shoulder mask. My skin was left feeling soft and revitalised. I would highly recommend Laguna and I’ll be back for sure.
I booked 3 hour package...and all I can say is that every penny was worth it.
These guys are realy professional and they know what they are doing.

The spa facial included deep cleansing, exfoliation, aromatherapy mask, scalp massage, neck and shoulder mask and facial it was a perfect treat and total relaxation experiance.
A deep tissue remedial massage perfectly suited me as I regularly do some workout. The massage techniques were deeper and with more direct pressure, it was realy effective in relieving tightness and tension throughout my body.
I. Hated. It. It was way overpriced and they treated me like I shouldn't be there. I'm 14, and I got a gift voucher for Christmas from my Mum. When I went, they basically treated me like they didn't want me there, even though I was paying and everything. It was horrible and the staff basically stood there and insulted my skin for ten minutes before trying to sell me products. I'M NEVER GOING AGAIN.
Dear Feverheights, firstly we are disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience. However, it is important that we address your specific displeasure:
1) "it is way overpriced"-the 1.5 hour package purchased consisted of 45min of massage and 45 min facial. priced at $155 normally but on this occasion it was purchased at 40% discount ($93). We think the price is reasonable but it is a customer's prerogative to choose.
