The staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome just by the tone in their voice. It felt like they didn't even want our business and there was hardly anyone there so wouldn't you be the opposite? While we waited our kids were sitting at a table counting the sugar sachets and the management staff yelled for them to stop because 'those are expensive' yeah right buddy, loosen up, they're not opening, scrunching or in any way ruining them...c****y overall experience
From the moment you enter this cafe you'll notice that you are probably the only customer. This is a direct result of the poor quality of the coffee and the blatent hostility of the management. The food is sub-standard at best. but its the staff that send shivers up your spine. They are rude . Do not go to Laguna Palms, you will regret it. This is not a cafe for visiting, its a cafe for avoiding. Worst in Palm Beach by a long way.
