Lahn U has a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Therapies and is a fully certified Stott Pilates�??�?�® instructor. Her skills cover Remedial Massage, Myofascial Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage and Pilates. With over 9 years of full time clinical experience working alongside other health professionals, Lahn's treatment principles are based on postural correction, pain management and core training. Lahn is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) which strives for continued education of its members and to improve quality of service within the massage industry. She is also a member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA) which strives for regulation of quality and integrity within all approaches of the Pilates method.
