if you care about your property do not use this real estate
staff changes every 2 month,
most of them do not have any ideas about laws and regulations
because of lack of knowledge they try to cover mistakes
on any question you get the same reply: - "oh no you cannot do that you endup in Tribunal and it is very expensive exercise, easier to go alone with every demand"
but they forget to mention that you, property owner, do have right as well.
don't get me wrong, Laing and Simmons Real-Estate good at somethings as well, such as hangup on you, ignore you and charge you.
tenants damaged something - owners problem
tenants runaway - owners problem
office lost your keys - owners problem
