So disappointed and appalled by the way we have been treated. We were made to feel like we had done the wrong thing constantly. They forgot that we were paying the rent and that they were working for us not the other way around. They don't return your phone calls unless they want something from you. They constantly miss inspections and don't even advise you when they are unable to come (time off work for no reason).



I suggest that if you wanted to be treated properly or wanted an agent that did their job; that you find another real estate agent.

To deal with this group is a nightmare. Rented me a place with so much problem and items to be repaired was attended to after 5 months. Insect bites, dirty carpet and walls. broken wall, etc what can we do? we need a place to rent so we just do what we can until the 6 mos contract finishes. What is so disappointing, when we terminated the contract after 6 months, they want to charge everything in my rental bond as if I damaged the unit. Luckily I was smarter enough to keep my letters of complain about the status of the unit and kept photos the first time we occupy the place. So tenants, know your rights, do not just simply allow money to be taken away from your rental bonds.
