You can book over the phone, online or face to face. Saturday appointments not online (reception calls only). Closed Sunday's. Air conditioned private rooms and large modern wait room, multiple payment options, bulk billing and chemist next door. Some specialty services, not affiliated with this practice, also on site. It can be a hit and miss with the level of quality Drs at this practice, hence the half way rating. Some are quite good. They will ask probing questions and logically work the problem, provide information and advice allowing you to make an informed decision on your health. I have previously seen Dr Shelly and Joanna, who were good in this respect for my basic and also more advanced needs. Saw Dr Tony today, who was a little dismissive, not forthcoming with information (needed to prompt for this) and didn't ask probing questions. Left not feeling informed or included in health care. Reception can get busy and as a result a bit direct, but friendly and prompt.
This is a busy practice, therefore as a patient in the waiting room, you have to remember emergencies come first and your not the only person who needs to see a doctor. Which is pleasantly easy to do in the open style waiting room.
Once inside the consultation room, the openness continues with an addition of privacy. The doctors have lovely bedside manner and yet wont waste your time by beating around the bush. They're very clear about what the steps are to help your health, and by the end of it you feel like you could describe the exact procedure/medication to another patient.
The nurses are also very lovely and caring, which always calms a lot of little nerves when it comes to the kids vaccination.
Lovely relaxing practice to attend when your not doing your best, or just need a check-up.
