I didn't even stay here. The customer service was so atrocious over the phone that they don't deserve to have anyone stay there.
First off, I emailed the park for an overnight quote. When I got the quote, rather than responding by email to book, I decided to call and book. This was probably a good thing because I got to experience first hand how rude the person on the phone was.
When the staff got over the fact that I only wanted to stay one night - I understand that lots of places have a 2 night stay policy, but this was not mentioned in the email that I received - our arrival time was a huge inconvenience and they wouldn't be open so we couldn't stay there.
This must be the only accommodation anywhere that you can't pay upfront on the phone and they leave a key out for you.
So rude! Don't stay here! There are much better places and people who understand and value good customer service.
