LAKES MEDICAL

Been here a number of times (for myself and my toddler/babies) and have always been seen promptly. Always easy to get an appointment and happy with care.

To be waiting for an hour and a half with a full bladder(required) and a 19 month old toddler over the lunch period(no more need to be said) and to not even be told there was a waiting period at all during this time, it was up to myself to ask and was told there was even more people before me. Then the grand old act of people walking in after you and getting in before you. No thanks LAKES MEDICAL, I will take my families business elsewhere. Obviously this isnt the first issue, but it definately is the last!
