This is a good complex and under new management. The only drawback is getting your bond back. I was told I had to get professional cleaners in and have the blinds cleaned and checked and the garbage bins professionally cleaned. They also make you sign your paperwork for the bond return prior to signing off. I found out during the inspection by the acting management that you don't have to get professionals in, they just prefer it and I have found out unless you damage the blinds or get them really dirty that it is not the renters responsibility - nice to know after I paid out hundreds for it. I did not get all my bond back because I found they had their 'handyman' come in after we'd signed off on the inspection who 'found' three light globes that were not working and on inspection there was only one. This is a great complex to live. It is conveniently located near the primary school and not far from great shopping, cafes and beach. Managers Jason and Vicky are fantastic - they are very helpful & friendly. I appreciate that they are consistantly seen monitoring of the complex grounds to ensure there are no problems brewing. Our neighbours are very friendly. Many are young families. Top residential complex!
