Not sure what the fuss is, because I've been to Lalor Park several times and I haven't had the same rude service. Yes, the folk that work there have resting-cow-face, but that doesn't mean they are cows. Just unpleasant faces is all. Anyway, who cares that they stick heaps of 50c stamps on packaging? As longs as my mail gets from A to B I'm happy. That being said, customer service is paramount, particularly in small businesses, and in a suburb like Lalor Park, you want to keep your customers happy.
Good morning to all Business personal,
This is has been the worse case of customer service, business etiquette and simple day to day running of Business. I do feel sorry to all customer living surrounding the local Lalor Park Post Office. This people running the business are simpleton and don't have proper training nor experience. I guess that's what we get at the Australia Post 100% customer satisfaction.
Although this is not exactly the Stamford of post offices and much like an office you'd find in a regional area, however i have always found them to be very helpful. On one occasion they confirmed one of my packages was from telstra (a new modem which i never ordered) The P.O saved me taking a day off work to pick this parcel up, Man i would have been so pissed thinking i had a surprise present while it was a modem i didn't ask for!
I hate to say this but it is the worst post office I have come across and I have been to many.
Even the post offices in the city are quicker than this little family run office.
My last name starts with a J but my registered post was filed under Q and lost for 2 days and blamed on the postie...
When I post my bulky items they don't use the print out lables on the register that they can wet and stick, but rather put $x worth of $0.50 stamps one at a time on the parcel.
