Lalor Party Supplies

I have been shopping at lalor party suppplies for years and couldn't be happier! Supper friendly and helpful staff who always put in the effort to help me out. Furthermore there prices are really competitive....you would struggle to find cheaper prices especially on their helium balloons. I would recommend shopping here :)

This store doesn't look like much compared to other party stores but looks can be very deceiving. They have a huge range of products (from cheap to quality items) and were very obliging to assist me to source items for my themed party. Also, I did my homework and discovered that they are much cheaper than their party store rivals. This is particularly the case for helium balloons and topiary trees (the topiary trees I purchased for my party lasted for months!). I will definitely be a return customer - Very happy!

Recently I walked in the place looking for assistance, the place was empty, but I could hear people having a conversation in the back room. They poked their heads out saw me but continued to gossip.Then a staff member walked in from the entrance, walked past me and went straight to the back talking to one of the staff and then the staff came back asked me if I needed help. As I started talking the staff's phone rang and staff answered it, asked me to hang on. I was fuming and I couldn't believe how rude they were.I felt as if I was intruding in on them and that I was not a valued customer. I don't know hpow this place survives on that sort of service. I walked out and went straight to the other store were I was treated with great service, and I spent 100 dollars on balloons and party supply's that day.I even got a discount, because I organise so many party's in the year and spend up to 1,000 on party supply's.
