Be careful of this builder. They will try to redifine your consumer rights. They have no regard for the Buiding Code of Australia and be aware that their PDF file "Things to Know When Building", is not accurate and somewhat misleading. Home Warranty Insurance is simply insurance taken out by the builder at your expense to safe guard him if he goes broke or can no longer trade. It does not cover you for his defective or non compliant work.Your consumer rights are listed on the Fair Trading Website.
