Although small this little Chinese shop is special indeed. Why? It is the only Kosher Chinese take-away in Melbourne! So if you are vegetarian and you like Chinese food but can't stomach pork and prawns and the like, then come here. Of course it has chicken and beef dishes to your taste.
The food is nice and fresh and you can sit at the few tables that are in store, but take-away is best. Variety of choices too. I supplement the food we buy with a little home cooked rice to beef it up a bit. This works well.
Unless you are strictly Kosher and have no other choice for Chinese food, you will find the prices steep for what you get. This is the way it is for quality supervised food!
Service is good and best to call ahead to order your food so you don't have to wait in lines.
The only other point to note is that it is open for lunch on weekdays from 12-2pm. Great place for a snack. Enjoy.
