Lanark Spas & Hot Tubs

Worst purchase experience! My Lanark spa came with a fault- in inlet & outlet pipes were not connected correctly so the water pump wouldn't connect to the spa. The controls & air pump positions where not manufactured as I specified when I ordered. 3.5 weeks latter and a whole heap of time & emails and they refuse to do anything about it! The customer service is horrible! Email responses are 1 or 2 sentences long and don't address my concerns. They finally agreed to alter the pipes to fit the water pump (after insisting that all their spas go out like this! Had to get a plumber in specifically to verify the manufacturing fault). They can't alter the position in the controls or the air pump and they have refused to change the spa to a new one - manufactured as originally requested. If fact they thought I would be happy to pay to purchase another spa of exactly the same style - 8 water & 12 air jets with 2 head rests! In other words pay again! And I dont know what ...read more

No Service from Lanark. I recently purchased a new spa from Lanark. worked great to start with. i followed all instructions, water testing, etc. then allof a sudden the 24 hour circulating pump died, after three weeks of ownership. Not Happy. the service dept is hard to get hold of. It took a week to finally speak to them. Another week has passed and I am told after asking about the delay that the authorised repair people do not even have the part, so it has to be sent from out of state. this should be a fairly common part to most of their spas. Not at all happy with the total lack of service. the warranty is not worth the paper its written on.
