Unprofessional and dodgy business that does not take responsibility. Overpriced defects report costing nearly 9K for the masonry wall, balcony and balustrade which they already previously reported. They can't even tell me when they are going to complete the report. Landlay consultants don't arrive on time for inspection meetings, they just turn up when it suits them. For the NCAT proceedings against my owners corporation, John Vikiarellis came almost 1 hour late to the conclave. Landlay took no responsibility in paying me back for my financial loss, the cost I incurred for my expert to wait for their consultant to arrive for the conclave.
