Had my car serviced here for the first time, big mistake. Never again. 1st of all the Service center is located on another site over the freeway.
- Poor customer service
- Staff do not explain work done on pickup
- Faulty component started working after the checkup, but new spare part had already been payed for and booked for another service as per recommendation.
- Was treated like very rudely by the management when I asked if the fault was diagnosed correctly.
- Did not bother to address my concerns or even look into the problem personally.
- Did not feel any respect as a paying customer.
End result, I have a expensive spare part sitting in the boot waiting to be used one day.
The Service department leaves a lot to be desired.
1. Long wait on phones to book service
2. slow processing on drop off
3. Long waits on pick up - even if the job is confirmed finished by phone prior.
4. High price compared to independent operators - the most notable is large markups on oil and other consumables.
