They have no idea when it comes to bleach blonde foils and fine hair and have completely damaged my hair also they're very rude!

I visited langwarrin haircare for a full head of foils and cut. After 3 and a half hours in the salon, I came out with foils that looked like they had been done two months ago, and the colour was not what I wanted. I specifically asked for the colour to be copper orange, not red. I walked out with stripey, red and gold hair. Awful. The next day I went in to say I wasn't 100% happy with my colour. Before I could even finish my sentence, the management, took a step closer to my face, and raised voice arguing with me. Also told me to 'grow up', then went on to scream at me, and my mum. I paid $183 for this service, and it is money down the drain. I am in total shock, and never expected to be treated in such an unprofessional way.
