Have been to many massages both through 'deals' and full price. This sets a new low in standards. Massage given by women just a few weeks from giving birth. Place was not clean and I was worried about it being a fire trap. Would never enter again..not even if they paid me!
Bought the voucher for eyelashe extension. They were rude as soon as they found out im going to use the voucher. The entire time I was there they didn't say much to me at all instead the staff was chatting away to a friend sitting and screaming something in veitnamese to a colleague outside the room which made me feel really uncomfortable. Lashes that the staff applied on my eyes weren't even. One side looks like there wasn't enough lashes on the other side was all clumped together and some lashes was pointing down instead of up. I explained to the staff but didn't act as they cared one bit. Very disappointed result. I'm not even bother going back for my refil.
I bought a voucher from CUDO and made an appointment to get my hair cut and coloured. They tried to tell me the appointment was for the week before and wouldn't honour the voucher. They use an IPAD for their reservations - so who's to say they didn't just add the entry for the week previous that I wasn't coming into the IPAD while I was waiting in the front of the shop. I'm a single mum so why would I make an appointment for a weekend when my sister was away interstate. She is my babysitter.
