First time customer at Larke Hoskins after a recent move which makes it my nearest Honda service centre. The staff were friendly enough and I received my courtesy call to pick up car etc. However I was dissapointed I didn't get the usual courtesy clean as part of my regular service. I usually get this, without fail, in Brookevale where I have taken my car to get serviced since 2011. Instead I got a complimentary card to use their cleaning service across the road from Larke Hoskins at my leisure. Some lame excuse about having a trainee on board or something. I think I will drive the extra miles to get my car serviced elsewhere from now on.
I usually don't bother rating companies but one customer service irk that really gets me is companies just simply ignoring your email complaints. Larke Hoskins has proven to be excellent at this on a number of issues so they get my vote here for 1 star. Thankyou for not assisting me and ignoring my emails/calls.
I consider myself a loyal customer of this Honda dealership. I bought the car that I am driving now from this dealership in 2008 and have always my car for regular maintenance to this dealership.
