My experience is nothing but great. Got my first laser hair removal here and the girls talked me through the whole thing and told me about their products but never pushed me to buy them unlike some places... All of the staff here are really nice and I've had great results from my underarms (I do have light skin and dark hair). Would definitely recommend.
Had the worse experience of my life here. Had legs lasered for hair removal, it was so painful and it smelt like hair was burning. Next day came up with huge red welts all over my legs. Went back to them, they didn't offer much of a solution except to buy their cream which didn't work. Would never go back.
