I have been doing face hair removal from last over three years but unfortunately it didn't work for me rather I have discolouration of the skin and more hair on my face. I asked the girls that is there anything I can do to stop this reaction and no one gave me any piece of good advise. I had to stop doing full face (my own gut feeling as my face was getting worse everyday). I had 2 prepaid sitting left for full face then the manager said that I can have three upper lip and chin in place of 2 full face. When I went second time they charged me full price as they have put my money as a gift card and cancelled my deal for full face and I had to pay extra for just upper lip and chin than I paid for full face. The manager could not honour the deal. I felt cheated with this unfair deal. Very disappointed with the behaviour of girls. No customer service. Poor customer satisfaction. Willl never recommend.
This is my local so for my first experience I had high hopes. The staff look intimidating but they are so lovely.
I was really scared of the pain but they eased me into it and honestly it was nothing a few seconds of discomfort and you done. One of the girls even spent 30 minutes with me going through the skin care range they have I didn't feel like she was just trying to make money but she wanted to help.

I go here regularly for my laser appointments. It is so affordable and I have found it is has been the cheapest in the market. The girls are always super nice and you are always in and out really quickly.

I have also had my lips done once. I was so nervous at first of coming out and looking really different but since they have settled it is so subtle and I am really glad I did it.
Not professional, no privacy, talking to staff at front desk for information on Brazilian etc, staff was talking so LOUD that I felt so uncomfortable while other customers sat around listening to their answers to my questions, repeatedly mentioning 'anus' so loud Was not discrete at all. I walked out saying I will never enter into that laser clinic again. When you walk into a clinic you want a professional , quiet place and feel looked after a treated with care and personal matters to be Confidant. To think we pay so much money to get things done and the level of service is note up to standard. Don't be drawn in by the discounts , I RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE for BETTER SERVICE!!!!!
