I have been going to the Bondi Junction clinic for a couple of years now and have always been happy with my results! I do have other clinics closer to me but have found the professionalism and services offered to be of an excellent standard.The customer service is second to none and they have never over sold or pushed services i dont need on me.The clinic is always immaculate and i have never been let down when recommending .Keep up the great work guy's!

The place is filthy. Floor was dirty, glasses they gave me for the laser procedure were caked in nose grease an drew someone else's mascara imprints. They didn't refresh the plastic on the chair from the previous person, I could tell because it was wrinkled. Front desk was filthy with dirty sticky tape marks.... defiantly not returning and DEFINATLY would not trust them to inject me with anything.

No even one star. Appalling service, rude staff expecially Jess. This is the Bondi team. DON'T go there

Please bear in mind that my review is for the Bondi Junction clinic only. I have been getting injectables done there. Now last week I had an appointment, however when I arrived there I was told that the women I get injectables from was not there and they had transferred my appointment to someone else, which in itself is completely inappropriate for injectables. So I made a new appointment for this morning, HOWEVER, yesterday I received a voicemail saying that that appointment was now cancelled too due to managerial stuff ups, now I was really u nhappy and asked for a refund of my deposit, as it had become clear that they do not care about their clients. Now this morning, I received a phone call from the owner of the clinic [name removed], who called to tell me that my 'replacement appointment with [name removed] cannot go ahead as [name removed] has now called in sick', I said "what?" These people provide very disappointing service, and it is a shame to see one clinic let down a strong brand and otherwise excellent service. I arrived for a Max RF treatment (one of their most expensive treatments) which had been booked in and confirmed via text. I arrived half an hour early, and notified staff that I was early for my 1pm appointment. Little did I know, there was someone with my same first (very common) name booked in for a 1.10pm. No attempt was made to clarify that my appointment was 1.10, staff just assumed I was wrong. When I arrived back at 1pm, I was directed upstairs unassisted, and left to sit for a further 20 minutes. People seemed flustered as the waiting room filled up and there was a shortage of clinicians. Finally, when I queried with someone about my appointment, I was told that they didn't have me booked in and was rudely assured that I must have cancelled it.
