This clinic is professional to deal with and appointments are punctual. The price promotions are very good and you are able to pay in advance for multiple treatments to lock in the promotional price for multiple treatments. Before every appointment I receive 2 SMSs and a phone call to ensure I don't forget. I think this approach is a bit excessive but then again I haven't missed any appointments to perhaps it is effective!
Good clinic. Staff are quite friendly, and seem very knowledgeable on the product and services which they offer.
I have always had positive treatments here and good results. I have had a friend however who has suffered from laser burn ouch.

I've had to reschedule my appointments a couple of times before, and although they have a 48-hr no cancellation policy, they've always been really helpful and let me re book for no additional cost.
I also looooooove their range of skin care products, Skinstitut. They are all such amazing products, my skin really responds to them. I started out just with the Laser Aid and the Glycolic Scrub (to be used after treatment), and now had bought almost every product on their shelves! They're so well priced that I can enjoy using them, guilt free.
